The names may seem fancy but there may
be different names in different organizations for same role.
A tech support engineer may be called
as service desk engineer , product support engineer , IT analyst, System
Engineer, Application Support Engineer etc.

Quality
Assurance Engineer in IT industry normally do testing work but in case of
product based companies in core mechanical or electrical or electronic product
based organization the work involves checking whether the product is giving the
expected outputs . Test engineer job is also more or less the same.
A degree in engineering is the first step towards a
career of discovery, design, and discovery in the future. You can approach
engineering from various academic perspectives. Associate, bachelor's and
master's degrees are all choices for those who have the desire to learn about
engineering. However, the actual type of technique will largely determine the
level of education you must obtain and the length of time you study to start
working. Engineering is similar to the medical field in the sense that you do
not just choose to be an "engineer," just as you do not simply choose
to be a "physician."
